We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return your undamaged Roborock product to us to receive a full refund.

We have partnered with eBay to offer all eBay customers a special 2 Year warranty on any Roborock Certified Refurbished vacuum. Our 2 year warranty that is covered by Allstate. Comprehensive warranty from Allstate，US Only.
Shipping
1. Due to the warehouse location, products will only be shipped to locations in the contiguous United States. All products will be checked carefully and packed in good condition before shipping.
2. Orders will be processed within 12-24 hours of payment verification. Shipping is standard shipping by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping times are 2-6 working days. A tracking number will be provided.
