The Body Frame is metal, the engine cover plastic.  Please Note: It is Completely Functional and in Nice Condition but missing the following parts, the seat, steering wheel and pedals (All easy fixes). Please also note: the wheels have cracks (see last 2 pics) however they do not affect function.  Please view all the pictures.  Please Note: this is for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY; NO SHIPPING!  Please view all the pictures for condition, and bid accordingly.
