②This machine is not suitable for processing high-gluten dough, the minimum thickness of high-gluten dough is about 0.2"(5mm), if your dough is high-gluten dough, and you want the thickness to be relatively small, please do not buy!
③In actual use, when pressing high-gluten dough or medium-gluten dough, the group will inevitably shrink after processing (slightly shrinking diameter and slightly increasing thickness), which is a normal phenomenon, it is recommended to press down 2-3 times when using.
